This project is somewhat of an experiment, engaging with the questions of whether or not time can be experienced in a nonlinear manner, whether or not you can truly isolate a moment in time, and whether or not you can separate an individual from their past.

 

This is purely a creative writing activity, although some memoir was unavoidable, and shouldn't be thought of as scientific in any manner. I give you almost nothing of Jaykub's character besides his voice, pursuit, and a few moments of his young life, with the hope that you, the reader, will either be dumbfounded by who this individual is, or be capable of filling in the space for me. I hope, if nothing else, you enjoy this project.
